3.9 valve seats

I have the head off of my Dakota and all the valve seats are cracked. I went to the machine shop and he said they all do it. Everyone that comes in has this problem. What is the answer to this problem? thanksRuss

never heard of that before. Just make sure you get some quality **** in there before reinstalling. Don't want that to happen again.
