code P0442 how to fix..Evap Leak Monitor Medium
i keep getting a code 442
---P0442 (M) Evap Leak Monitor Medium Leak Detected A small leak has been detected in the evaportive system. ---
not sure exactly what that is but more importantly how do i fix it.
i am reseting my computer about once a week.
gas mileage goes down about 1 to 2 mpg when light is on, why is that

this is gonna be a tough one to tackle...BUY A FUEL CAP! lol easy as that... 99% of the time with this code, its the fuel cap. You may have dropped it, or it may have just gotten old, you can take it to any place that does emissions testing and they can test it for you. but it'd probably be cheaper to just buy a new fuel cap $10 at oriellys
