Im getting this rumbling sound, Im thinking maybe water pump. It only happens when I give it gas. and low rumble at idle. it does not make noise when driving unless it punch it a little. Im not overheating and the coolent seems to be running fine. i cant seem to pin the noise down even when im under the hood. any ideas 2000 v6. thanx richie
ater looking aroun a little on other posts Im wondering about the fan clutch. how long can you drive around with this problem.

 

my dads v8 durango made the same sound when his was going out and he changed it fast and i think it was only 50 bucks
