When I was growing up we went to the Good Guys show at Pleasanton three times a year. But things have changed---not enough variety in cars, not enough individuals in the swap meet and too many vendors. Part of the problem is they're charging too much for entry participation inthe swap and for visitors.

Depends on what you're doing in the show, but see if you can promote awards for categories that promote variety (paint, swaps, customization, etc) and keep your fees as low as possible--try to make your money on vendors and or food/memorabilia vending.
