Default wheels and tires

so as some of you already no i have a 97 3.9 project truck that i just got running good now im gunna start getting some suggestions as far as tires and wheels go i want to run a nice wide tire in the back and skinneyer in the front kinda drag style what would you guys suggest i go with ? tire sizes that will fit without modifications its a 4x2 not a 2x4 as seen on another thread

actually it isnt, grab your notebook, you're about to be schooled

2x4 is a piece of lumber..... 4x2 is a drive set up, 4 is for the amount of tires making contact with the pavement, and 2 is for the amount of wheels driving the vehicle, in that specific order... when it comes to dually's or tractor trailers with dually tandem set ups, each dual wheel is considered 1 wheel... so you got 4x2's (including rwd only duallys), 4x4's ( for 4 tires that drive the vehicle or a single axle dually that has 4wd), or 6x2/4 ( tractor trailers, also depending on if you have a single or both rear axles are drive axles.

lol anyway so whats the widest tire i can fit in the rear ??? without modi***ations also what backspacing would i need on the rear if any

bump im looking into buying new wheels and tires so i need to no backspacing if anyway if you have any sugestions on wheels let me no the truck is going to be stock red with black accents on it so what ever you think would look good with that i want to make it very agressive looking

i like baddakotas wheels and tires pretty wide but i would like to go a little wider in the rear
