Default Exhuast Almost done.. Pics inside.

Well i finally got all my parts in to install my new Duel Side Exit Turndown exhaust, it will be a single 3" system with duel turndown tips out the passenger side, in front of rear tire.

here are the pics of the system laid out ready to install.

---Ceramic Coated Mopar PPH Headers--- (not made anymore)

---Ceramic Coated Mopar PPH Ypipe and Crossover--- (not made anymore)

---Spin Tech Pro Shoot Out Muffler--- (race only) muahaha

---3in Turndowns---

---Spin Tech High Flow Catalytic Converter---

---Header gaskets, Collector Gaskets, Header Bolts, Collector Bolts/Nuts--- (38$ from Mike Leech for everything)

and now, all i have to do is take off my old gibsons and cat, and install these headers and ypipe and i have an exhaust shop lined up to build my exhuast and custom side exit pipes for 125$ out the door.

Price for everything.
PPH headers/ypipe/crossover - 250$
Ceramic Coating - 250$
Muffler - 80$
HF Cat - 100$
Install Kit - 38$
Turndowns - 40$
Exhaust Install - 125$

Total = 883$ (and thats not that bad)

Considering the PPH Retail from 600-700$, coating 300$, Muffler 110$, Cat 130$, Install kit 120$, Turndowns 60$, Labor if shop had to remove and install headers for me 500$

that comes out to.. 1920$

so i saved doing my own headers, and shopping around and removing my own exhaust..

1037$

Good? Yes indeed!

Default Install puctures

It would be stellar if you could manage a few installation photos. And if you really fell like getting crazy, I little sound bite when it's all done.

i have almost the same kit as you. but went with the jba headers and y-pipe. i also have a single 3 inch exhaust kit. this is my second one. great low end grunt and more power in the higher rpm range. plus i topped off my 4.7 with a 125 shot of nitrous

That is going to be sick. Can you do me a favor and put a pic of the stock y pipe next to the new one. Reason being is I want PPH headers, but I am not sure if I can squeeze them in with 4x4.

But if it's almost the same y-pipe il squish em in.

You have to find the PPHs made for the 4x4, using ones made for a 4x2 and i think the transfer case or tranny gets in the way... not sure on the part number, and since they dont make them anymore... im not sure what part # you need. I would way just get a custom ypipe made and just get a set of pph headers without the ypipe.
