Please describe the problem better and use the space key.

With out knowing much, How many miles? Do you have a limited slip rear diff? When was the last time it was serviced? If it has a limited slip did you add the additive? The rear diff's with limited slips can have problems just as bad as the tran. Also when was the last time the tran was serviced?

More info would be nice. Give all the details of the truck. Then give all the details about the problem, any issues that will make giving you feedback alot easier and we will be able to solve the problem.

If I had to guess - what is being said, the vehicle shutters when shifting gears from first to second and also down shifting. - Sometimes anyway.
Most common is a sticking Solenoid Switch Valve that controls line pressure in the tranny. this solenoid is only used in this sequence.
This starts out intermittently, then gets more regular.

The L/R pressure switch is monitored in the tranny to confirm SSV movement. If the movement is not confirmed (the L/R pressure switch does not close), 2nd gear is substituted for 1st. A DTC will be set after three unsuccessful attempts are made to get into 1st gear. I beleive this will account for the three jerks you are feeling.
