Default Bat needs help!!

Just got a text that he is 20 miles from home and his truck is backfiring and shaking with hardly any power, I told him to check the cap and rotor and wires, im now thinking it may be the coil, or he's losing fuel pressure... Any ideas?

Check this:

Coil, Wires, Cap, Rotor, Crank sensor and cam sensor. If it was raining and this happened I would suspect a sensor.

sounds like the coil is done, if hes losing power in the rain and it's vibrating violently, plus i remember he took out his splash shields from looking at one of his pics, but definitely give a once over what varsis said

Well he still hasn't figured anything out, I guess some douche trooper "called" a tow in, but still no hook... So he's been on the side of the freeway since like 11 this morning...

where is he at? I live close to the turnpike and if he's close to here i could go help him. and if he's on the turnpike he'll be waiting there for a while and he'll get raped by the tow truck bill because they only allow one company to do the whole turnpike.
