Actually, thats the first thing I tried. There is a recall on 99 and 00 Grand Cherokees to replace the radiator fan, and sometimes I have to do the recall when the fan has been replaced already with an aftermarket fan. So I had a few laying around at work. The problem with that one is that the fan has to be mounted 2" off the radiator and its about 1/2" too wide to fit where I want it to. But we do have an old Intrepid sitting in the back lot that I will try to steal the fan off of.

I wouldn't call them water proof, so if you want to play in the mud, its probably not a good idea. But for me, the only offroad time mine sees is at the local dragstrip so its ok.

You don't really need the added hp when off roading, and your gas mileage is bad enough off road so it doesn't matter.

Haha, I'm hoping that I get alittle of both. And plus, I get to ditch the stock fan shroud/coolant and washer fluid bottles.
Anybody have stock '97 - '99 bottles layin around?

Haha, aww come on....you need some extra room under your hood anyway, right? I am hoping that I can use the 97 - 99 stuff on mine. I'm sure that there is some difference between the two, but I don't really know what.
