hi, i have a 98 dakota and I just hopped in it to drive the other day and the rear brakes are locked up. I can drive the truck but you can tell that the brakes are grabbing, also when you jack up the rear end you cant spin the tires. Its not the e brake and I cant get the drums off to check the brakes either... anyone have any ideas?

back off your adjuster wheel. if that doesnt release them, your wheel cylinder maybe sticking.
