well I did some more research and there is still nothing for the front. On the bright side it looks like aftermarket manufactures are taking note of the lack of options for this truck. It seems there are new products under development in direct proportion to this trucks age, availability, price, and popularity.

It just does not makes sense to me that to get a burly 4 wheel drive system you have to buy a jeep or some other popular 4X4 specific vehicle.

I am probably an idiot but I would think the people with a work/utility truck would need traction just as much, if not more than off road "want to be's" in there $50K SUV's

anytime dude... and just to give you an fyi, normal highway driving with 103K miles.. my half shaft (cv axle) tore apart the splines on the axle shaft, talk about weak garbage when it wants to fail, right?

yeah, I don't trust cast aluminum as far as I can toss it. That is a real bummer. So do you guys know how to go about adjusting the speedometer for new gearing? do I need a new gear for the tranny or can I just flash the computer?
