Default i really want some head.........s

what am i looking at as far as gains for some heads for a mildly modded 5.9? i mean M1, TB, TB spacer (j/k j/k ) headers, and maybe a 2400 stall. would it even be worth my time and money? im still trying to decide between a mild cam and 1.7's.

I would say go for a pair of edelbrock aluminum heads from hughes, and spend a little extra for their "legendary" porting. edelbrock claims they will support up to 475 horsepower, which is probably as high as you'll need to go unless you supercharge. I would say with an M1, TB, and a good street cam, plus the edelbrock heads and headers you will be around 300-350 at the wheels, possibly even more. Also, just my opinion, go with a cam and not the 1.7's, a cam will open up more possibilities.
check out the heads here

also i just wanted to say, i am in no way affiliated with hughes engines, i know i always somehow end up reccommending them alot, but thats because i think they are one of the very few businesses that knows what they're doing in the mopar world. I have bought from them before and I would again.

Of course it's worth your money, but What I would do is get a 408 stroker kit about 1500 + install.

Than do heads intake and all that mumbo jumbo... but you may need the extra air from from ported headers.
