Default My "New" Headlights

thanks to minilowz....i just got "new" headlights and im a lil stuck on wireing...

two headlight housings, 4 LED red bulbs, 2 load resisters, high and low beams, instructions

load resisters

resisters(bottom) black wire(negative) white wire(positive) two turn signal plugs, and headlight plug

how do u wire in the resisters?
why are the white and black wires just twisted together?

oh and b4 i forget. my headlights on low beams only work when my steering wheel is tilted up(after tilting it up and down quite a bit) and my highbeams work when the wheel is in any position...i think i have a short in the column, and also i think the switch on the dash to turn on the lights is bad too because it dosent light up anymore, all that does in the fog light indicator.....how do i take the covers off, and what do i look for so i dont break anythign so it dont come back on?
and ho much for a OEM switch?

Haven't messed with headlights yet that's gonna be next summer when I have money to get the digital hid kit from a sponsor on dd so I can't answer how to wire them or anything. Did they come with any instructions. I like the look of one pieces as long as they fit well should look sweet when you get them in.

nothing in particular, about it sticking out an inch, anything you can shave off to make them fit?
