If you mean you cleaned the Idle Air Control valve, if you clean it too hard or handle it roughly, or if you drop it, it destroys the sensor. You must handle it carefully and very gently clean the black gunk off the end of the sensor with a shop rag soaked in carb cleaner. Sounds like you may have damaged it and that's why it won't idle or run. I have no idea why it's smoking. Could have someting to do with throwing off the O2 sensor since the IAC signal is gone.

If this were my truck I would put in a new IAC and do a hard reset on the PCM. See if it runs better then.

you could of flooded the engine, when you first tryed to start it and turn it over.

did you take any other sensors off? like the TPS or anything? If you dont put it on correctly it can do that.

also blue smoke means leaky valve seals, what plugs did you take out?
