Default 98 5.2 Dakota P0420 stumped

Alrighty here we go. 98 Dakota 5.2 with 147k, I replaced both o2's and the cat, the code went away and now it's back after a couple hundred miles. Would it have anything to do with the Flowmaster? Not a biggie but I am in an inspection state (NC) and it's a bear to get this thing to pass. Run Cycles and such. Not sure where to go from here, I don't see, hear, feal any exhaust leaks.

THanks
James H

The cat is a Magnaflow that is for my size motor, it was not called a high flow but is for the cubic inches so it should be fine. I will go the route to make sure the o2's are getting power and such, maybe that is the problem? I know fuses are good but who knows.

Thanks
James H

Thinking there may be other issue, since the o2's that were replaced were bosh units so they were replaced at some point and the cat had been replaced prior as well. Maybe an electrical issue.

I have a code reader in the glove box just for that. The trick is the computers here in NC can tell if you just reset it and automatically fail the test.
