low rpm power

just wondering what there is to gain more power in the 1,000 to 2,000 rpm range?

could start w/ the basics, intake exhaust, v8 tb, then move on to the better ones like 1.7s RR or any number of stuff, depends on how much you want to spend and how much work you are willing to do on the truck

and the cheapest way for you would be to just hold the lower gears longer to keep it in the powerband

4.56s is your best bet if you want more poer in the 1-2rpm lol.

Move your powerband, most mods dont add to the lowend, more into the mid-high.

+1. now, theres a way yo get into your powerband faster, and thats with a higher stall converter.

ill have to get me one of those fancy adjustable power bands then might be able to find a couple electronic cylinders off ebay too do ya think them electric superchargers realy work ??

i wouldnt waste my money on an electric super charger. pretty much the stock exhaust with a ram air intake, aka CAI, pretty much produces the most amount of low end torque.
