superchips, sct or custom is your best bet jet is crap the pcm learns around it after a while and i have heard the 360 guys like the hypertechs better. for the 3.9, 5.2 or 4.7 though superchips would be your best bet you can pick up the 3715 for 200 bucks on forums or ebay there was just someone on here selling one for 200 shipped

I have a 98 3.9L 4x4 with dual flows and k&n intake and lifted with 32's. but i am thinking of swapping either the 5.2 or 5.9 but leaning for for the 5.9.

i looked at the super chip for the 360 and it says about 45hp gain but haven't looked at the hypertech yet but it sounds like jet sucks

I have a superchips 3715 for mine and it gave about an extra 20-25 hp and my mpg went up about 1.5 mpg on average (this is with the performance tune in it burning 93 octane gas). Superchips recenlty released the 3815 flashpack, and its internet updatable whereas the 3715 is not. When I get up the money i'm going to sell my 3715 and get the 3815.

I spoke with the man that I bought my 3715 from new and he told that if you were going to buy a tuner that Superchips and Hypertech were to two only choices. He said they were about the same as far as what each of them is capable of.
