i totally agree with ya dude.

 

tell him that he is full of sh*T if he thinks his truck is worth 9K... how is its overall condidtion? rust, scrapes, bumps, accidents, etc all cause the price to go down... maybe if it was just like factory new looking it would be worth 7-8K but that is really rare... keep looking and also try to talk him down and show him numbers to help your case out and if he is smart, he will work with you...
