Default Yokohama tires

Just wanted to let everybody know I put some Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S tires on my truck a few months back and I love them. Great on the freeway because they have a little less rolling resistance than allot of the other A/T tires. I haven't been really off-roading yet, but I did take a spin in the mud where I buried the tires about half way, popped it in L 4x4 and out of the mud I came. I have been on rocky & gravel surfaces too and never really lost my traction. Found out about these from a couple Jeep and a couple Landcruiser guys. Anyway here is a link in case somebody wants to check them out http://www.yokohamatire.com/tires/geolandar_ats.aspx

Ok I'll get some pics (after I wash it) and put them up this weekend. They are 265/75-16's I had to crank the torsion bars (so they don't rub) and put a 2" block in the rear to even it out. I really like it not too high and not too low, she's perfect.

you need to crank the torsion bar for 265/75-16s? i have 265/75-16s from stock (larger "sport tires/rims") and have never had any trouble

Yeah my tires rubbed a little while backing up and turning the wheel hard. The Yoko's also seem a touch taller than my other tires even though they are the same size.

Ok shop is slow so I ran and had my truck washed. Tires are too shiny and the pics suck, but here ya go. Haven't had them on ice yet, I'll let you know how they do when it comes.

Ok where did my pics go? I submitted them as attachments and they are not here.

yeah that doesn't look bad... i wish they made 3 inch suspension lifts for our trucks since IMO, suspension lifts look much better than body lifts... but i do like the way yours looks
