My battery on my montana is 6 years old and still cranking strong, I believe its an ac delco battery... Thats with numerous days of the weather reaching close to -40 every winter. On average nights dip down to -15 - -20 range... However for the dakota i bought myself a present... A 5.9 and a 46re

Im getting clear corners, a hurts shift ****, and one of my payments made for me lol, for Christmas that is.

Im still on the factory battery on my 02 and we get quite a few below 0 days in Vermont and the person who had it before me had it in Mass. so they must be decent batteries.

my battery was still working when I removed it, and it looked original, and my truck is a 1997. Currently, i bought a new one, especially so I can turn my motor over since, it's larger now

you must have been bad, because that trans is like a lump of coal

also, early x-mas, i got 1/3 of a trans rebuild. it cost me 1300 and my parents piced up 450, so that aint too shabby.

also, OPTIMA BATTERY FTW! i love mine, never been an issue.

BTW, i will let you guys know how the trans goes when i get it back later this week or next week.

I know what it's like getting something you need when you can't afford it.
Kudos.

Haha...that's funny. I didn't even notice the dates until you said something. So, I'm guessing that you aren't getting that list of stuff for Christmas? lol
