disk brake conversion
#2
you have to get either a viper conversion kit,
or get the rear brake setup off a junkyard dakota, while you're there you might as well swap all of the brake parts including the booster and valves,
try the search function..this topic has been covered, dont think anybody here has actually gone and done it

build a kit, use some calipers, build a weld on bracket. Im doing a disk in the rear on my d60 so can't help on what to use, but it's pretty simple. Remove hub, remove drums. Look for a sliding caliper, im using front 75 k20 calipers, cost me 50 bucks each, + pads, and lines. And I bought brackets for mine they cost, 50 bucks for the two. Very good deal. Bolts in the stock, but you can weld them on too!
