Default High Oil Pressure

Yesterday I made a drive to Vermont and back (~500mi) and I noticed my oil pressure was a little high. It wasn't into the high section for the gauge but was very close. I just changed my oil and was wondering if that has something to do with it or what. It was between 5-10 degrees the whole trip. I don't think that would make a difference but just wondering. Also I noticed as soon as i got off the highway it dropped down a little.

When I changed the oil the motor was warm so I thought I had it all out but Iv been reading that on the 4.7( which is what I have) it takes a long time to drain all the oil due to the hollow cams. Might there be too much oil in there? I checked but I also read because again of the hollow cams its hard to get an accurate reading on an oil level.

Just wondering if it is anything to be concerned about.
btw i used Pennzoil 5w20.

Ok, I didn't really think it was a big deal but I was just wondering.
