as long as its for the 5.2 or 5.9, your year. 4.7 has a totally different intake set up. i have the K&N for the 5.9 on my 3.9

if you have the 3.7 V6 then the 4.7V8 intake should work... if not (for instance you have the 3.9) then the 4.7 intake will not work.
