you guys are forgetting something

theres a ton of space you're forgetting about

under the rear seats, get a couple of slim rockfords, best sound out of a slim sub, and they will fit in an underseat box, even 2 12s
if you just want fuller sound theres your best bang for the buck

buddy of mine built a box for 2 12's and an amp, fits under his seat perfectly, and sounds great

my two tubes fit perfectly behind the drivers seat....and my amp fits perfectly under the drivers seat. Nice and clean- no wires to be seen. And when I need a little extra space, just disconnect a couple of wires from the tubes, and pull em out. Takes all of 5 seconds.

I have a Quad-cab, can you post a link to the underseat boxes? I saw in a thread once that they had some that will fit under the rear seats.
Thanks

Talking Here's an idea...

I'm running an Eclipse CD3200 deck with soundstream speakers all around. Matched it with a Soundstream 5 channel mounted to the floor under my 60 split of the backseat. For the sub im running a JBL 10" in a BassSlammer box that fits on the back wall behind the 40 split. only downside of the 40 split is that you cant flip it up anymore, i just use the underside for jumper cables since i cant lift the seat now.

Here's the link for that box. http://bassslammer.com/products/vehi...QC10_specs.pdf

Quite a bit more expensive to go this route over bass tube but I like it better. I had the choice when I worked at a car audio shop and went this route, never regretted it.

yeah batty, i have next to no room under my back seat, due to the rise in the rear floor that comes flush with the bottom of the seat... if you could/have pics i would love to see it

i dont have pix, but it 2 boxes attached by a board in the middle that holds the amp
the boxes fit JUST under the seat, you need to remove the seat to build and install the box but you can reinstall the,

mtx makes a thunderform box that fits there...or they did

does the sub have enough room to move around and actually cause a "bump"
