leaf spring bushings

any tips to get them out...somehow i bent a steel c-clamp trying...im about ready to take them to a shop

hammer them out with a like a chisel shaped object. or get the metal peice out, than got a nice big wrench. I got like an old rail road tie to remove mine lol.

use a vice to get them out. or a torch will work too.
