front springs

whats the quickest way to get them out and put the new ones in?

presoak with some penetrating spray like a day before.

lift front end unbolt top and bottom and they will fall out.. not hard.

doing that tomorrow..my new leafs and traction bars are in..hope theyre adjusted right

dont leave the caltracs loaded when driving around city.. hitting potholes and bumps will cause the leafs to snap or bend your caltracs, you have to unload them around town, and when you are ready to race you have to load them..

leave space between the top of the leaf and the bar when Daily driving, and when you go to the track or races load them..

mine are unloaded, and you still gain from them being on, but it gives your leaf more bend so you dont snap it or bend a caltrac.
