see if i can get some ideas
harland sharp roller rockers, LED tails and bulb replacements for the front headlamps * already got the clear corners*. maybe get the truck buffed up.spend the rest on tools or hookers. idk which is better at the moment
from everything i've heard, they are a very good upgrade. an older guy on another forum who has basically dedicated his entire life to dakotas with 3.9's in particular has always said 1.7 roller rockers combined with a v8 TB will gain you 30-40 horsepower at the wheels, which is a ridiculously large gain. This same guy was one of the very few people to get a 3.9 stroker kit when they were available and has a stroked 3.9 running low 14's naturally aspirated and has dyno'd with over 250 horses.
I've been wanting to do the roller rockers for a long time but i've never had the extra cash. basically, the rr's are 1.7 ratio compared to stock 1.6. this emulates having a slightly hotter cam, and since the magnum engines have very conservative cams from the factory, the 1.7's are a really big improvement. plus they are roller tip rockers, which equals alot less friction and lost horsepower.
here is a write up about HS rockers installed on a 5.9 if you're interested.

no i would get clear corners, smoked tails, do the grill mesh thingy-ma-bob, new upgraded clutch and then spend the rest on beer.... now if i was getting 10,000 from uncle sam that would be a different story (supercharger, performance clutch, etc)
