Default Transmission trouble. need my truck help!

I went to the car wash about a week ago. It was one of the do it yourself things. Anyway I didn't spray under the hood or anything but when i went to drive away it felt like it was bogging out especially from dead stops. I checked my codes and P0700 Internal TCM came up. I have no idea what that is. After driving a few times Everything went back to normal. Now i I went again this week and the same thing happened. But now its not coming backing to normal. I assuming something got wet but what is it that got wet. Like I said its just bogging out when I floor it especially from a dead stop but if i floor it in neutral its fine. Whats going on? I need my truck for school

I did a search on the code.

Came up with this info from Custommagnums.com

i took the leap , based on the computer code p0700, and purchased a TCM ($240) and flashed it ($80). still i had the problem up until today when i finally decided to go change the tranny fluid. the problem is finally gone and i am no longer afraid to beat my car.

So, in conclusion lol, try adding a $9 qt of tranny fluid first, and then go from there.

Same problem -kinda,.. My Ram had no 1st gear after plowing 2 days ago.
It also thru a code,.. I was 2 1/2 quarts
low on trans fluid. Did a test drive, still no 1st gear. (Thought to my self; oh great, time
for a re-build). Cleared the code,.. Trans is fine! I'm changing the filter and fluid today
before going out to plow again 1st.

Default Update

went to the junk yard and pulled a tcm transmission control module. (the thing behind the head light) out of a durango. Installed it and yet the same problem. I notice that if i

manually put it into first gear

shut it off do the check codes thing 3 times with they key

then drive.

it will work for a little bit (sometimes) but then goes back to running like crap. extremely slow especially from stop lights. What do I do? I just might bring it to dodge

yeah i actually had a similar problem in my durango (before she was totalled) and i spent weeks trying to track down the problem. after hundreds of dollars in parts and a lot of me being pissed off i replaced the plug wires and BAM no more problem. i was gettin mis-fires like crazy.
