go under there and look... only difficulty youre really gonna have is breaking the bolts loose.. god bless air impact guns.. and if anyone wants to know how bad those factory shocks hold up well.. 107,000 miles on em.. this ride sucks.

Well Im not sure when Im even doing them to be honest. Im pretty poor right now and I do have a pile of parts that I need to put on first. But I do keep an eye out for good deals so we will see what happens

My mechanics are awesome so they might get this work. I break rusty bolts a lot! My rear bumper has one less than yours does!

I didnt know how amazing it was until after the bumper problem. I used a whole can to get the steel wheels of my bimmer. They were all rusted on and I could roll the car with the tire iron on the lugs. It took LOTS of pb blaster and a hammer and a temper to get those off.

Lost a ratchet in the process too. It was a Craftsman so I still dont have a breaker bar

Should I tell my girlfriend about my secret love affair with Sears/Craftsman?!

Alright so i went shopping...heres what i found. what would you buy.

Monroe Sensatracs for $175.96 total

Gabriel Ultra for 127.96

Gabriel Pro-Guard for $87.96

Sky-Jacker Hydro 7000 for $150

Rough Country 8000 series for $134

What would you guys get. I am on back roads often, haul heavy loads of firewood, pull a 6x12 3500lbs rated trailer but also travel on the highway alot. Thanks for all the help. There is also a small lift on the truck in the future if that makes a different...max 3".

thanks again

cody

stay away fromt he sensa-traks, if you want monroe shocks go with the reflex, they are a couple steps up from the sensa-traks(which happen to be pretty, worse than stock IMO)

I had Sensa Tracs on my 2wd Dakota. I hated them. They lost all the shock absorption ability after about 30,000 miles. I got Reflex now and they are much better.
