Default Manual tranny question.....

Had to replace the clutch late last year (I do my own work). After a FUN FILLED time unbolting the bellhousing from the engine, We slid the tranny back far enough to replace the clutch. Had to replace it since the throwout bearing disintegrated. Well about 2 weeks after getting it back together its back making the wonderfull throwout bearing growl on right turns under power. I told my brother (who was helping and has smaller hands to get in the hard to get places) to make sure the release fork pivot ball was tight. He said he did it, but wasnt sure.

Question is, before I go crawling under the truck in 6" of snow, is there a way to tighten it WITHOUT removing the tranny again?

Not to mention have to replace the heater core AGAIN, although this one lasted 3 yrs compared to the previous 4 lasting 6 months max each. Wanna know how fun it is to drive 20 miles in 10 deg weather with no heat with the rear slider cracked to keep the windshield clear?

Not gonna mention the mysterious misfire that only happens under 30 deg for 10 min then clears up.

Now the clearcoat is eating itself on the roof and hood.

Times I think my old chevette was more reliable.

I actually have no idea, thats why it wasn't a yes/no answer. Look it up in the Haynes manual or factory manual or just take it to the dealer.

Looked in teh manual. Nada. Local dealer here is a bunch of retards. Last time it was there (crankshaft postition sensor) they cross threaded all 5 lug stud on the pass front wheel. Not to mention it didnt fix the misfire problem nor kept the CEL from popping up 1 week later.
