This is one of the reasons I went for a truck that had room, I knew I was going to toss a sub or 2 in there, and I wanted to have room.

I knew a guy who actually had the whole space behind his seat filled with like 4 or 5 JL 8" and they sounded great... Might look in to that...

I never planed on having a "system" in my truck. it started with replacing a blown speaker than replacing the rest to make everything sound good to this

 

bill, do you have a system in your truck? i am looking into putting one in my truck and have been having trouble finding places where i can put them...

 

I'm with you bill. I got an extended cab because 1. I like regular cabs because I'm not a damn taxi, and 2. because I'm ripping out those seats and putting in a sub or two.

 

i'm the oppostie, first off im really tall and have to recline the seat like crazy and also i like having a back seat in case i have to haul people around...

 

or stuff. Lots of stuff. Like, say, a dorm room full of stuff.

 

ya dude you should have seen how much **** i had when i moved into school... full bed worth of stuff and all 4 seats (other than the drivers of course) filled with stuff... like beer

 

it's amazing what a college student can cram into a small vehicle...

It was a custom built box, tuned for the 8's.
