I'm thinking about having my heads ported and polished (stage I), installing a 212x cam and adding headers. Do you guys think it will make a big difference??????

porting and polishing and the cam will deff help, headers dont add much power mostly sound but more flow is better

I've already gotten a quote from a shop to do all this. It's going to cost about $4,000 including labor for them to do it. That price also includes an SCT tune and fresh dyno.

I'm trying to see if someone can tell me about how much power it will add and if it will be worth the money.

that seems REALLY tall.....for not alot of stuff. A steady hand can do a simple pocket port job on the workbench for free. Granted you still have to pull the valves out and what not. If you're gonna have it all get disassembled like that...I'd almost just get .050 milled off too for the hell of it.

Do you mean 0.050 milled off the bottom of the heads for more compression?

No one makes a bolt on supercharger for my year model and engine. I already went down that road. There are a few companies that would probably build one custom for it though, but for more than $4,000.
