Angry Brake Light and Abs Light is on

Hey I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 4X4 with the Abs and brake light on. Its not the speed sensor because the speedo is dead on. The brake lights come on only when the brake pedal is quickly depressed and stays on until the pedal is quickly pressed to the floor. also the pedal is spungee and kind of pops at the point when the light goes on and off. it has a new master cylinder on it due to it leaking into the brake booster, new pads and rotors in the front, new shoes in the rear, and a complete brake fluid flush, all trying to fix this problem. any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the brake light switch or the brake pressure switch.

Default Brake Issue

What is the brake fluid level right know and have you pulled any codes off of the abs light. Normally when the brake light comes on you are low on fluid or pads are on the low side but in your note you have recently replaced the pads so if the ABS light is still on I would check at AutoZone or someplace to be able to pull ABS code and let me know what it is and maybe I can get you some more information. Thanks Josh. Even with the speedometer dead on doesn't mean it is not a wheel speed sensor.

I had something similar to this. Of course, my pads are shot and will be replaced soon, but my issue was low brake fluid. Filled it up and lights went off.
