I've tried spraying every joint I can find under my truck and it still squeaks.

sway bar bushings most likely mine does it to and i have the new bushings just haven't been able to get the 22mm deep socket yet at a time when i can do it so they haven't gotten replaced to make sure if its that for sure. i'd check that and its only like 25-30 bucks to replace them so it can't hurt

your welcome i hope it fixes your problem if its not that i've also heard that greasing the torsion bars with like spray lithium or silicone and also the sway bar bushings can be bad as well if the sway bar doesn't fix it but the sway bar ones are a lot easier
