rolled over 140k today and still haven't had a problem with it

(minus the lack of power because i figure some v8 owner will add that)

yeah, my buddy has a 3.9 and that sum-bitch has over 200k on the clock on the original motor, and even more impressively, the original tans!

yeah i got an auto trans also and haven't had a problem like i've heard about

Im glad you've had good luck with yours. Mine $hit the bed at 116k... a month after I bought it. Im glad that everyone on here seems to have good luck with these. Hopefully my 4.7 will last as long as it should.

pretty much any motor that they put in a Dak seems to be good to 180xxx+

147k two days ago on the original motor. Only thing I had to do was the plenum gasket about 5k ago. I'm still on the original tranny and clutch.

95k on my 4.7, stock clutch lasted for most of that and could've probably hit 115k on it before it NEEDED to be replaced... these motors (if you treat them right) will last for quite a while, just look at loudpedal's truck
