Default 2000 R/T A/C randomly works

Hey guys I have a 2000 R/T Dakota, and my problem is that when I first start the truck for the day...the A/C comes on...and blows ICE COLD

Then about 15 minutes later...the compressor kicks off...never to turn back on.

The RAD. Fan stays on...but the cold air stops...and compressor is not on.

Anyone ever had this problem before?? I cannot figure it out...all the RELAYS are fine in the under-hood fuse box....and no blown fuses??

From what I understand usually when that happens it's a sign that the AC evaporator is leaking. Sometimes you can hear water closhing around in the HVAC housing when the evaporator is leaking badly. Sooner or later it will leak out of the HVAC housing and the carpet will get wet, which may mildew and get moldy and smell bad the hotter it gets outside.
