idle problems surge
98 Dakota 5.2l 5 speed 4x4 manual 5 speed
Cap and rotor, wires
Coil
Plugs
Cam sensor
Iac Tps
battery
fuel pressure at 46
Okay while driving there is no surge or idle problems except when coming to a stop I take it out of gear and it will surge a bit but when coming to a dead stop, the rpm's drop low 400rpm maybe less at times and the lights dim then surge to about 8 900rpm and couple times then smooth out to about 600. But if I step on the gas rev it up a bit outta gear before the stop it does'nt surge.

It sounds like the IAC to me. It looks like you said you replaced it, but they can very much be bad new. I went through 3 new ones in 2 weeks before I got one that worked.
If thats not it, it could be either a vacuum leak or a bad MAP... they both lead to the same symptoms.
