Default Are spindles cheap and easy to replace?

Back when I had replaced my hubs my passenger side had to be hammered off and new one hammered on. I figured its my spindle is somehow warped cause with new brakes and rotors theres a kind of rapid humming when I drive. When I spin the right wheel it has a random scraping sound like something is bent. Any help would be nice. This is for a 2k dakota 2wd. By the way. I live in Denton, Tx now and am wondering if there will be a meet any time soon?

there is a little plate behind the brake caliper for, i'm guessing. heat and dust. mine got bent a little when doing rotors and was grinding the back side of the rotor. check that first.

make sure its not a warped rotor also,
spidles arent cheap, and being cast steel they dont bend easy

Default Checked what I could.

The rotors and hubs are brand new. About a month old. I already had this noise before replacing them. I just think its something to do with the spindle or brakes somehow cause it gets just a little louder when i start hitting the brakes.
