was wondering if anyone knew any companies or sites that sell ceramic coated headers.

yes, the 5.9 is the same from 92 to present in dakotas, rams, durangos. if you see a 5.9 in a different model dodge truck, then its the same 5.9 that you got

not necessarily, the heads will be the same but the clearances will be different, example, steering shaft location, firewall location, control arms, etc etc etc.
