t bar crank = torshion bar crank
When I was searching for a lift kit for my '98 I saw some for the 2wd but nothing for us 4x4 guys I think the kits just consisted of taller springs though.

Ahh. Gotcha. Thanks. I was picturing a Crank for an engine with a T like molded into it. I just couldn't come up with something for a suspension!

First of all, what is the 2wd setup for your truck?? Is it coil springs with a shock, or is it a strut?

If its a coil spring with a shock, you just need to get coil spring spacers. If they don't make a specific kit, you can get universal poly/rubber spacers at places like summitracing. You could also toy with finding springs that could give you 2" of lift.

If its a strut setup, they you need some kind of relocation spacer, like on the late model leveling kits.

take a wheel off and have a look.
