Obviously its been said that it's a typo... but to answer the question, a 360 block can be made into a 6.9L but not a 7.9L. Hughes engines sells a 4.18 inch crank with 360 mains, so a 6.9L would be stock bore with the 4.18 inch crank. Here's a chart I made a while ago of engine sizes that are possible with the 318 and 360, the biggest being 7.1L (if you have a flawless enough block to bore .070 over)...
