Default Problem (and Resolution) with American Racing Baja Wheels

After the tire shop (Belle Tire) installed the American Racing Baja wheels, the rear brake drums seemed to be out-of-round. My son-in-law found that the center area of the new wheel was larger and contacted a much larger area of the brake drum - including the weight. Torquing the lugnuts pressed the wheel against the weight and drum unevenly and distorted the drum. Chiseling off the small weight on each rear brake drum cured the problem. There doesn't appear to be any vibration issue.
