Need head bolt torque specs for

2000 Dakota 2.5 litre. I can't find them anywhere

Me neither. Best bet is to find somebody with a Chilton's and see if it's in there.

from a 2001 manual, i would imagine its the same though, batman can confirm this

Cylinder Head Cover Bolts - 13nm 115in lbs

Cylinder Head Bolt #11 - 135nm 100ft lbs

Cylinder Head Bolts #1–10 & #12–14 - 149nm 110ft lbs

alwaysstart in the middle, work your way out.
