Just got it all hooked up last night.

-two 12in sony xplod subs, 1200 watts max each
-Kenwood headunit, bluetooth compatible
-1000 watt sony xplod 2 channel amp running subs
-650 watt 4 channel amp powering midranges and tweeter speakers
-2 100 watt deisel tweeters
-4 sony xplod 270 watt midrange for doors and rear
-harmon/kardon ipod dock with led screen and controls on armrest.
-stinger gold plated distribution block
-4awg power running off battery

Lemme tell ya, it sounds great!

the extended cab, if you look closely he has the front seat folded forward to access the back


system looks good, and sweet deal man

i used to have a system in my club cab, then i got tired of not being able to use the back seat.

looks great man im still in the process (me being lazy and not really doin anything lol) of trying to figure out how to fit an 8 or 10 under my middle jump seat in the front i'm only looking for something to fill in the lows.

I heard the xplods where junk and just a cheap sub, but maybe they have improved or what not. I used to help a friend instal subs and the sonys never sounded as good as the Aplines or Kenwoods or what not, but maybe they have gotten better and if you like it thats all that matters.

For your middle seat, just take the back fold down part off and make a box, wrap it in carpet, bolt the back on again and then you have a sub box, and if necessary you could still have a seat.

sonys used to be junk back in the day but my buddy had a set of xplode subs and seakers in his car, he's happy with them. i personally go with alpine and pioneer set ups. i gotta get pics of my system, its pretty schweeet.

One of my friends did the same thing, worked well.
