New tires on
Had tires replaced. Kelley's were shot. Don't need the 10 ply, off road ride rougher than snot. Got a set of 4 "Wild Country" made by Cooper Tires.
Very nice ride, kind of like a stiff car, not a truck ride, if you can get my meaning. Had the front end aligned, My '98 Dak w/78,000 mi needed no front end repairs. I was preped for big bux,but got off easy. Only other thing was a set of front KYB shocks I put on before the tires went on.
Should get 40,000 or so miles out of them. If I'm lucky, the tires will outlast the truck.
