Default Wheel Offset

Hey guys, I have a '99 Dakota Sport and Im buying some new 15" wheels and I think its really sexy when tires stick out of a truck. So Im wondering what is a good offset to acheive this?

I am also wondering about this. I have a '95 Dak (like the name says lol)

Not meaning to thread jack, but what offset would be good? I am looking at 15" Ultra Rogue.

does your truck have 15's on it now? bc i had 16's on my truck and i bought a set of 15's and i had to grind down the front brake calipers to get them to clear. but i want to say mine are 15 x 8 with like a 1-2'' negative offset. they have a real deep dish and look awesome IMO.

yea they have 15's right now. I was contemplating 17's but tire prices/availability would be stupid. I would jump on 16's right away but it has a stupid bolt pattern thats pretty rare and the wheels that i want dont come in a 6x4.5 pattern.

It just says -** or +** numbers. Heres a link the the wheels that i want and what im tryin to explain: http://ultrawheel.com/pdf/rims/ACF1C0D.pdf

Thanks man. Those are the ones im going to get if i stay 15". Ultra makes some sexy wheels that come in 17" and 18" so i'm gunna check the prices on tires and make my decisions from there.

Those are some nice rims. I have the stock 15" wheels and I considered wheel spacers but have read some pretty bad things about them making a weak point to break and stuff. So I guess wider wheel and the right offset are my only options. But I don't know what kind of offset would do the trick

Or backspacing, does that affect it at all?
