Default A-arm bushings

I am getting ready to replace the ball joints on my 97 Dak 2WD.

Wondering about replacing the a-arm pivot bushes at the same time...usually needed after 140K miles or ??

and what about the poly...I use them on my MGs but on the Dak? Any real (vs imagined) advantages?

I used Poly bushings on mine and it did seem to make the front end feel tighter (if you know what I mean). I replaced my upper a-arm, lower a-arm and sway bar bushings. Got everything from suspensionconnection.com the guys over there are pretty good.
