just try driving it. That happened to me one time too. I tried resetting the PCM and everything... nothing worked. Then I figured to hell with it and just took it for a drive. When I hit right at like 30 mph it shot back down, then up to where it was supposed to be and its been fine ever since.

Just wait until one day you go to start your truck and the speedo starts bouncing between 80 and 120 in a rhythm. Or you go to start your truck and you have absolutely no gauges.

This is the beginning of you gauge cluster taking a dive. Mine is in the shop right now. The dealer told me the part is $800 and the entire cluster has to be replaced. The kicker is that it also has to be programmed with your mileage so once it is ordered your truck is down until the part comes in. Dropped my truck off on Monday. New cluster is supposed to come in Tomorrow(Friday). Chalk another repair up for the warranty company. See my "gauge cluster freaking out" thread.

I had a problem like this on a toyota avalon. It wound up being the radio fuse, and it WASNT blown...I just pulled every fuse checking for blows, and when i got to the radio fuse....that was not blown....and placed it back in, my guages did that little dance where they check themselves, and I was back in business.

My point?

Sometimes its somthing really simple. Did you check all fuses? Disconnect the battery and hit the brakes, hook it back up?

Try dumb stuff before paying Dodge lol.
