Sounds like a clogged fuel filter or your fuel pump is going.

Do you have a fuel leak anywhere?

Default re fuel leak

no I do not think I have a fuel leak I was told the fuel filter is inside the gas tank I had people tell me that it could be either the map sensor or throttle position sensor. Like I said it almost always starts the second try but there is sometimes that it starts on the first try

Yeah the fuel filter is in the tank.

It could be the TPS. It may not be returning to its position when you turn the key.

I would still check the fuel pressure though.
