dude, what motor, year, mods? people are ALWAYS asking on here 'what would 'x' muffler sound like on my truck?' this is a good start, maybe (probably not) someone will search next time instead of starting a new thread.

I would guess its a 4.7... but yeah it doesn't sound too bad

Yeah, it's a 2000 (the year the Quad Cab came to the Dakota) 4x4 with a 4.7 L (287 cu in) engine. I also put a $28 (free shipping) short-ram intake into the truck too and boy it moves like a bastard! I found the cheap little intake on eBay, if anyone is interested. It's a great investment and every vehicle should have one (in my opinion).
